High Falls Residence
Meyer Contracting Corp. has had the privilege of working directly with the homeowner to renovate this entire 8,520 SF residential home, which sits on 108 acres, with the most state-of-the-art technology. Upgrades include new appliances, smart home Wi-Fi connectivity and access, radiant flooring, Accoya wood decking, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and pickleball court. We have changed every aspect of the house to make the Owner’s dreams come true with no Architect or set of plans. This project is ongoing as the homeowner has a very specific vision in which MCC continues to strive to make a reality.
