Family Partnership Center Entry Addition
Meyer Contracting Corp. was honored and humbled to be awarded the opportunity to build the new entryway addition to the Family Partnership Center building in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY. MCC saw the meaning and value behind the need for a warm and welcoming entryway into an organization that does so much for our community.
Family Partnership Center’s goal was to create a dignified, ADA accessible new entry sequence to their existing building. The addition included a 1,800 SF “Community Living Room” space to be used for a variety of functions as well as a 200 SF exterior roof deck to be used as flexible space. A new stairway and elevator were erected to provide handicap access to the main entry level and lobby level.
MCC’s team is grateful to have built an entryway that will welcome the public into this organization for many years to come, but more importantly MCC also built a lasting relationship with the staff at The Family Partnership Center.
